Fall 2009  Soccer Registration

Member’s registration will receive a discount  for 15% off at The Athletes Foot which may be redeemed at any time.

We are currently accepting registrations, by mail or at the office, for the upcoming fall soccer season.

If you have not played in the NBASA before, please bring a non-notarized copy of a document showing the players date of birth or other legal form; we will need to retain this document in our files. Copies may be made at our office during business hours
 
Players may be registered at the Soccer Office, US mail or Email at anytime registrations are being accepted.
Your Childs registration form (with a check made payable to NBASA or VISA/MC information) may be mailed to:

or dropped off into our mail-slot at the Soccer Office at 403B Airport Rd., New Bern at any time.
 
Registration Fee: U5, U6 players = $55.00
 
U7, U8 players = $60.00
 
U9, U10 players = $70.00

ECSA U12& U14 and up players = $75.00
 
New players to NBASA will need to purchase a uniform; the Uniform Fee is $30.00 which includes a jersey, shorts, and a pair of socks.
 
Extra registration forms may be downloaded from our Forms Page, or they may be picked up from the mail box just outside the Soccer Office. Team formation will take place TBD. Registrations received after TBD, will be place on a team where space is available.
